Delivery policy

ELAS applies a free delivery policy to customers’ addresses within <10km for orders worth <10 million VND

In addition to the above conditions, the goods sold by ELAS are delivered at the buyer’s warehouse (shipping fees included) on ELAS’s transport, accordance with the terms of delivery DPP (Delivered at Place Paid) in Incoterms 2020.

During the ordering process, please fill in the required information completely and accurately to facilitate us in fulfilling the order.
Once we receive your order, we will quickly process it to deliver to you as soon as possible. For new customers who make a first purchase at ELAS, we would like to contact you in advance to confirm the authenticity of the order. Delivery times to customers are as follows:

  • Within 24 hours in the inner city of Hanoi for product orders in stock.
  • For customers in the suburbs, other Provinces/Cities for pre-existing product orders, we will deliver within 48 hours by express delivery. The above time does not include weekends and holidays.
  • For products that are not available but must be ordered from the supplier, ELAS will deliver the goods according to the terms specified in the contract / order agreed with customer

The shipping service designated by ELAS will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from ELAS to the customer.

The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, dented or wrong model compared to the ordered goods, sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify us for settlement.

After the customer has signed to receive the goods without making any notes or comments about the goods, it means that ELAS is not responsible for the return requests of damaged, scratched, dented, wrong models. At this time, the goods are transferred to the warranty status in accordance with the ELAS Warranty Policy.
